Welcome to Ropley Horticultural Society

Don't be afraid of the title we are just a bunch of keen gardeners wishing to extend and share our knowledge of gardens and gardening with others. We usually meet about seven times a year with speakers on topical horticultural subjects. We have our Flower of the Month competition at each meeting and in addition at the July meeting there is a Sweet Pea Competition. Other events include two Flower and Produce Shows as well as a Plant Sale. We also organise two or three member events when we typically visit other gardens for organised tours.

If you would like to join us please print out the Membership Form and bring it along to one of our meetings or alternatively send it to our Membership Secretary. If you haven't yet renewed your membership for 2026 please do so by making an internet bank transfer for £10.00 to our bank Sort Code 51-61-09 Business Account No.70002274 or come along to a meeting and renew.

Next Meeting.

Our next meeting on 27 July will be a talk entitled 'Petworth Community Garden' with Kate Green. There will also be an opportunity to renew your membership for 2026 as well as our Flower of the Month competition, raffle and sales table. The Society Cup Sweet Pea Competition will also be judged so bring along your entry.
